Since 2001 managing director of Axima Holding GmbH and Axima Gebäudetechnik GmbH in Vienna.

Kurt Zothe

graduate from Federal Higher Technical Institute for building services in Pinkafeld / Burgenland .

He worked as a sales engineer for refrigerating machines and climate systems and as a project manager in the contracting business in Yugoslavia, Czech Republic, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, before he joined our company in 1984. After his activity as a project manager and as a profit centre manager, Mr. Zothe became head of the entire contracting business division as at 1st January 2002.

Mr. Zothe is responsible for the operative management of the contracting business at home and abroad, which is based in the head office in Vienna. Furthermore, he is an authorised representative of the management for the safety and environmental protection division in the contracting business. As a risk officer, he is also mainly responsible for the risk management area.

In the intra-group control system CODIS, Mr. Zothe is a business process owner in operating project management.

Helmuth Biermeier, Head of Service Department

Helmuth Biermeier has been with Axima since 1984. He started as the head of the system maintenance department.

Thanks to Mr. Biermeier’s efforts, the service area as a whole has become the quality leader in the industry. His long-standing experience in service and maintenance is complemented by innovative solutions in energy management and contracting as well as in facility management.

Helmuth Biermeier graduated from the Federal Higher Technical Institute for Electrical Engineering. He has been in the air conditioning sector since 1965. His career started at "LUWA Klimatechnik GmbH", and he then switched to "Gebrüder Sulzer GmbH" in 1984.

In 2002 Helmuth Biermeier became the managing director under commercial law for the main works of technical infrastructure.

Stephan Kaluza, CFO

Stephan Kaluza became CFO at Axima Gebäudetechnik GmbH on 1st October 2005.

His tasks include internal and external accounting, controlling, reporting, administrative order processing and tracking as well as treasury. Additionally, he is responsible for transactions in the mergers & acquisitions field.

In the past, Stephan Kaluza had various positions within the OMV Group for over 14 years. At last, he was the managing director of "Kärntner Restmüllverwertungs GmbH", a company dealing with the construction and operation of an incinerating plant for domestic waste.

Stephan Kaluza studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and completed his studies with the "Magister" degree in social and economic science.
